What information do we process about you and why?
Identification data:
We need your basic identification data (name and surname) and address data listed in the following section in order to be able to properly conclude and subsequently also fulfill the contracts you conclude with us, or to process your orders.

Address details:
We need your address data (street name and descriptive number, city, postal code, state) so that our couriers or delivery companies can deliver the food you have ordered to the correct address.

Contact information:
We use your contact details (telephone number and email) so that we can inform you about the status of the order and so that our couriers can properly deliver it to you. We also need to know your contact phone number and email so that we can contact you in the event of any complications or changes.

If you do not provide us with your identification, address and contact details, we will not be able to process your orders, so you will not be able to order food from us.

Username and password (registration data):
If you register with us, our system stores the information you need to log in to your account, ie your username and password. Without this information, we would not be able to allow you to log in.

Number and type of purchased goods (purchase information):
As soon as you buy from us, we will keep information about your purchase about you, so that we can help you with your complaint. At the same time, this information serves us to let us know if you have actually purchased the claimed goods from us.

How do we continue to use your personal data if we have obtained your consent?
When you order from us, we will keep your email, to which we can send you so-called business messages, these are emails in which we will inform you about our news, discounts, or events that we believe can please you. Of course, you will be able to unsubscribe from these messages in each email.
If you have given us your consent, we may keep your email for purposes other than those listed above, such as sending information about our promotions and goods that are not so much related to goods that you have already purchased from us. We can also, based on your consent, keep your name and surname so that we can deal with you better and address you correctly.
With your prior consent, we will also send you a small gift for your birthday. In order for us to wish you this way, we store (with your consent) information about your date of birth.
In addition, with your prior consent, we can collect information about what food you most often order and where, and thanks to that we can offer you promotions and discounts that will be most interesting for you and will be closest to you.
Of course, you can revoke any of your consent at any time by writing an email to info@yumitime.cz and stating the extent to which you are revoking your consent.

To whom do we pass on your personal data?
Information about browsing is processed for us by Google, Inc., using the Google Analytics tool, which, thanks to cookies (see above), allows us to measure and evaluate the way we use our website.
We may pass on your identification, address and contact details to companies and persons who bring food to you. Personal data is communicated to these persons only to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered by you.
Some data about you are processed by our processors (such as marketing consultants, accountants, etc.), however, we do not pass on your personal data or trade in databases in any other way. So you don't have to worry about anything, your data is safe with us.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep information about your purchase and your identification, address and contact details for a period of 2 years. We keep them for such a period of time so that we can properly handle complaints and respond to any complaints you may have.
We work with the data we have about you thanks to your consent by sending you an email after one year of your inactivity asking if you still want to use our services. If you do not contact us within one month, we will delete your data.
In addition, we are required by law to retain certain documents that contain personal information. For example, we have to keep invoices for 10 years. We keep accounting documents for 5 years.
What are your rights in relation to your personal data?
The right to request access to your personal data - ie. that you can ask us what personal data we record about you and what happened and will happen to them during what is with us.
Right to correction - if your personal data that we hold about you is no longer up to date or is incorrect, you can request its correction.
The right to object - If you believe that we are processing personal data beyond our legitimate interest in preventing re-ordering and non-collection of goods, you may object to such processing, which we must address.
The right to erasure (the so-called right to "be forgotten") - ie. that at your request we must delete all personal data that we record about you, eg if you no longer wish to be registered with us. However, there may be another reason that entitles or obliges us to keep the data (eg the obligation arising from the Accounting Act, etc.) and in such a case we cannot delete it.
The right to restrict processing - in some cases we may store personal data, but we must not handle them in any way; These are the following situations:
if you deny the accuracy of the data and we need to verify your communication;
if personal data are processed unauthorizedly, but you do not wish us to delete them and instead of deleting you only ask for a processing restriction;
if we no longer need personal data, but ask to keep it for your legal claims;
if you object to the processing, until we verify whether the personal data will be further processed in our important interest or not.
The right to data transferability - if you ask us to do so, we will provide you with your personal data, which we process on the basis of contracts we have concluded with you, consent and at the same time we process them automatically. We will provide you with such data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may pass this information on to an administrator you designate, provided that he or she agrees to the transfer.
The right to file a complaint - if you believe that we are in any way violating the rules of personal data processing, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
